Once upon a time, I was shackled to a desk in a 9-to-5 grind. Don't get me wrong, it was a good job, but the monotony and lack of freedom were suffocating. That realization was the first step toward becoming a digital nomad and, ultimately, launching Remote Fit.
When I first took the plunge into the digital nomad lifestyle, it wasn't all smooth sailing. One of my biggest hurdles was staying in shape while constantly being on the move. That's when Remote Fit was born—out of personal necessity. My mission is to make fitness accessible and scientifically sound for those who choose a life less ordinary.
